Fall Leaf Wedding Invitation Seals Instructions

This fall leaf wedding invitation seals how-to is a lovely way to add pretty details to your fall wedding! Use on invitations, on favor boxes or on programs. You can create your own individual, unique fall leaf wedding or invitation envleope seals or stickers. These stickers can also be used for crafts and scrapbooking. You may also insert additional small fall leaves inside the invitation itself for a nice surprise when it is opened by the recipient!

This tutorial is for using real actual leaves in your seal. If you don't want to use leaves but you want to use images or shapes that you print out yourself, these homemade wedding invitation seals instructions are perfect for creating stickers that look professional.

Supplies Needed:
Small Pressed Fall Leaves (must be smaller than 2")
Blank Seal/Sticker Sheets (2" is a nice size seal)

How to Make Wedding Invitation Seals:

Purchase or obtain small pressed fall leaves. They need to be smaller than two inches in any direction. The small leaves shown on this page are from www.fallweddingleaves.com.

If the season is right, you can also collect and press your own small fall leaves by pressing them between the pages of a telephone book. The leaves will be dried and ready to use in about two to three weeks.

Purchase clear round seals/sticker sheets. (You can also find sheets of clear round stickers or seals at fallweddingleaves.com.) Alternatively, you can use a piece of clear packaging tape, though your wedding invitation seals will be rectangle or square rather than round.

Gently peel back the clear sticker and insert your fall leaf or fall leaves in any unique pattern you would like. Take a clean cloth and press down on the completed sticker onto your invite.

This same method also works beautifully with pressed green leaves or flowers!
