Sandblasted Manzanita and Faux Orchid Centerpiece

by Heather
(San Diego)

For this centerpiece I took a sandblasted manzanita branch from Artisans Manzanita and a vase and fill rocks I got from Michaels + some faux orchids and threw them together to make this cool mid sized centerpiece.

I just stuck the branch in the vase, poured in the fill stones around it and then secured the orchids with clear fishing line.

Once I put it together I showed my pictures to the manzanita company and and they began selling them like that as a kit! Anyway it was easy and looked awesome - faux flowers have come a long way but with the manzanita I had to find the real thing.
