Cupcakes In Lieu of Cake

We didn't think we could tackle a cake and I don't like the cupcake stands, so we just made oodles of cupcakes and layed them on pretty platters, scattered on the dessert table. It took a long time to make all of these, my mom and sister and I did it all the day before. The hardesy part was transporting them to the church!
